Hi Bronagh, Thanks for using UKPoints. I'd suggest

Make sure your iPhone or iPod Touch is completely up to date (the current version of UKPoints requires iOS5)
If updating the phone doesn't fix it, try deleting the app from the device and redownload from the AppStore

This seems to be a problem which affects a limited number of machines, but I’ve never been able to work out the pattern.

I have a rewrite of the networking code on the drawing board, which will hopefully address this. Can’t tell when I’ll get the time to do it though.

Tried out SmugGrabber beta 3.
After login, I just get the spinning wheel but never a list of albums. Even after 10 hours+.
Looking at the network traffic via Little Snitch, I can see that SmugGrabber does not try to communicate at all after login.

Ideas?

Echoing comment #3 from Robert. When I go to settings and touch twilight, it turns the App off and returns me to my App page. Thanks

Thanks – I’ve not experienced that myself. I’ll check on Friday when my iPad arrived (not got the hardware yet!) and if I can track it down issue a fix at the weekend. Are you able to get the crash logs off the iPad?

I agree. It’s on my plans – along side other things such as additional maps – but while it would be simple to implement as a graphical effect, I’d like to try to get it as true to life as possible which is a little more challenging.
